This Autism Mother's Necklace was personalized with the names of two, sweet children.  This particular one will fit up to two names (or a first and middle name), but we will be happy to make a custom order if you have more than two children.  Here is the feedback from the dear mom who owns this family memento: "Everytime I wear this necklace, it reminds me of how special these two boys are to me and our families.  They are a blessing to all of us.  The heart and puzzle piece gives me hope and encouragement to know that they will be okay."  

The necklace is comprised of solid, sterling silver 925.  I hand sawed the puzzle insignia in the center and soldered the tiffany-style heart.  It has a small cross affixed to the chain and a slightly darkened patina (and shine), for a vintage appeal.
