We only use natural gemstones on this necklace (nothing lab created or synthetic), and traditional silversmithing techniques are used to embed the birthstone onto the heart.  I oxidized this sterling silver necklace for a vintage/rustic appeal (as pictured), but if you prefer it to be bright, please indicate so in the "Comments/Additional Info" section.  ALL metal is solid, sterling 925.    

Please indicate the birthmonth and name to be inscribed.  In order to accommodate longer names, the name will curve along the perimeter of the heart.  If you are ordering a matching grandma or mommy necklace, the following lengths are general guidelines: 16" for women of average weight and height; 18" for taller women (over 5'7) ; 20" for tall or full figured women; 22" or 24" for full figured women.  

As much as my husband and children think that I am perfect (lol), I am far from it. Part of the charm of hand-crafted jewelry are the slight imperfections. As such, the letters will not be perfectly aligned nor identical. There will be some variance in spacing and appearance.
