To measure your hand circumference: With the palm of your hand facing down, tuck your thumb underneath (it should be touching your palm); wrap the flexible measuring tape or ribbon around the circumference of your knuckles; pull the tape or ribbon snugly and note the number in the chart below.

7.50 inches and less = extra small
Between 7.50 - 8 inches = small
8 inches- 8.50 inches = medium
8.50- 9 inches = large
9 inches and greater = extra large
