Medium-size hoops earrings with organically shaped, white pearls are a
nice alternative to your average hoops. They have been hand-formed into
a circle, soldered to form the ear wires, hammered for slight texture,
and oxidized for a darker patina. Petite keishi pearls were then
showered throughout the center for a feminine appeal.
Comprised
of solid sterling silver 925 and keishi pearls. The earrings are one
inch in diameter and slightly shorter than two inches in height.
What are Keishi?
A
nucleus is implanted into an oyster, which either expels the implanted
nucleus before the culturing process is complete, or defragments and
forms separate pearl sacs without a nucleus. The resulting keshi pearl
